I’ve currently been waiting an hour and a half PAST my appointment time to even be seen. The only reason I’m here is because while getting a root canal at the Poinciana office, the dentist informed me one of her tools broke off in my tooth and remains there. My dad just died a few days ago and I really just want to be seen for my appointment and go home. Nobody seems to care how long past the appointment time I’ve been waiting. Horrible horrible experience I just want to cry and go home. I was called up an hour after my appointment to fill out insurance information that should’ve been asked for upon my arrival if needed even though I filled everything out at the other location. I am now crying in the lobby. Couldn’t be a more horrible experience.

I have an emergency and I walked in and been sitting here for almost an hour now and they rather take appointments first then an emergency when I have been in pain for 3 days now. Super slow and front desk is super rude.

This had to be one of the worst experiences I've had at the dentist. Had an emergency appointment at 930 and wasn't seen till 130. Was given anesthesia and left in the chair for an hour till the anesthesia started to wear off, the dentist started messing around my mouth and I felt everything I was in pain. they had to give me more to do the surgery cause it started wearing off. The dental hygienist was in a mood and had zero empathy for her patient and seemed annoyed with a horrible attitude. They didn't give me any after care instructions just taped my shoulder and told me I can go home. Had to look what to do and how to care for my extraction on YouTube and what to watch out for. The disrespect isn't worth any service here, huge disappointment on the hygienist and oral surgeon.

I just got my braces off after a year and 9 months and the orthodontist staff at Greenberg was always so nice to me through the whole process. Dr. Andrew Murray did a great job, he was super cool and I couldn’t have asked for an easier treatment.

It was a great experience. I love my new teeth after having braces. Nidia was very sweet and gentle when removing. The doctor Murray was very attentive and always asks my opinion and satisfaction.

Dr. Murray was amazing. He saw my daughter on an emergency basis for an issue with her braces. We were seen quickly, and he fixed the issue in no time at all. He and his dental assistant were so friendly and accommodating. He also took the time to teach my daughter and me how to care for the braces and troubleshoot future issues. Highly recommend Dr. Murray and his practice!
